2 must be locations visited by Chris McCandless in Into the Wild.

Week 1 Research

A.) Determine which locations you're interested in visiting in the U.S.
B.) Start with the location of historical significance. Use reliable websites to answer the following questions. Record your answers in a post on your blog (you can hand write this if you're having technical difficulties)

Historical Location: U.S.

--Why does this location hold historical significance? Describe in detail. Include dates; important people, etc...
--Are there tours or other educational information available to visitors to this location?
--Why did you choose this location?
--How long would it take you to travel here from where you are now?

--If you can, post an image of the location.
